Leads that don't come from Zillow.
Abigail Echols is a Seattle broker with Every Door Real Estate. She wanted buyers and sellers to find her directly. We ran the audits in the portal, gave her two site concepts built from her own direction, and launched the one she picked: Concept B.

A template site that nobody could find.
A stock Squarespace build. A generic "Discover Your Dream Home" headline, no story, no reason to book. Search engines and AI answers sent Seattle buyers to the national portals instead.

Her roadmap, in order.
Abigail logs into the same portal our team works from. Competitive, content audit and AI visibility are delivered. CRO is next, pointed at the new site.

No single agent owns the category. The ground is winnable.
Turn thin video pages into guides
Neighborhood and first-time-buyer content Seattle buyers actually search for.
Claim the map pack
Review profiles and the local map pack, where buyers decide who to call.
Lean on the brokerage
Co-marketing through Every Door Real Estate to borrow its authority.
Two complete sites. She picked B.
Each concept was a full six-page site with her real content and photography, in the same warm palette. A switcher on every page showed the same page in the other concept, so she compared like for like.

Soft & Personal
Built around Abigail as a person. Her portraits framed as arches, a soft serif and copy in her own voice, signed by her. Warm and intimate, like a note from her.
Bold & Photographic
Led by her photography. Full-width photo openings in rounded frames, frosted glass details and dark photo bands. Confident and editorial, in the same warm palette.
Booking sits in the nav, in the hero and in a pinned button on every page.
The audit, built in.
Every section of Concept B answers something the portal found: her name and city up front, a clear path for buyers and sellers, the brokerage behind her, and the education videos turned into a real content library.

Before. Portal. Live.
Next on her roadmap: CRO, then content gap, with the new booking path as the destination.
